Cedar Grove Apartments

Cedar Grove Apartments was completed in September, 2013. It is the first permanent supportive rental housing complex in Hampton Roads developed specifically for disabled veterans. It has 32 beautiful units comprised of 28 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom apartments. Each apartment is fully furnished, each apartment has both washer/dryers and kitchen appliances, and 16 of the apartments are fully accessible. Case management and property management office space, a resident community lounge, a fitness room and a shared green space are also included. The property features a locked entry with an intercom system, elevator, and adjacent parking. The apartments are EarthCraft certified. Cedar Grove’s geothermal heating and cooling system results in apartments that are 25% more energy efficient than the International Energy Conservation Code.
