The Wythe is model house plan is an American colonial design, named after the home of George Wythe who was a signer of the Declaration of Independence.  The historical Wythe house was built in Williamsburg, Virginia in the 1750’s.  Our design is a large two-story for a modern day suburban property intended for a lot with a narrow profile of less than sixty feet in width.
