This model plan we call "The Alabama", a nostalgic name/place to visit or sing about, a "down home" state of small towns and traditional neighborhoods. This design offers a contemporary open floor plan with a guest bedroom/office on the first floor, and 3 additional bedrooms, including the master, on the second floor. A spacious front balcony is built over the sitting porch entry door and foyer. There is an optional third floor for additional bedrooms or recreation space.
