Our Katrina Cottage model is a very compact 3 BR coastal design, ideal for a very shallow depth lot, at just 20-0 feet. Occasionally shallow lots are the result of leftover properties in a larger subdivision, such as those tiny parcels in Norfolk know as "gem lots." Other times a single family lot may be deliberately created, such as some that will be coming available in Phase VII of East Beach. This home is under 1,200 SF with a Master Bedroom on the first floor. It was originally designed as a guest cottage for a waterfront home in Virginia Beach. It could be modified to include an enclosed side porch where a deck is shown in our photos.
