This house is designed for the Fall showcase of new homes competition sponsored by the Tidewater Builder’s Association. It was commissioned and built by Richardson/Viridian Homes and includes “green energy saving” certification by Energy Star and Earth Craft. It received an award for “best master bathroom” in the show.
