Sample Plan Set

Our plans are priced for email purchase (by credit card or Pay Pal) and provide all the basic plan information necessary for construction. We urge that purchasers consult their local building official for particular ordinance requirements. Purchasers are encouraged to review the plans with a local engineer or architect of their choosing concerning any additional permit documents, such as a site specific foundation plan. (All plans are formatted to print on 24×36 sheets)

Our ready-to-build plan sets include the following:

 
1. Scaled floor plans – dimension referenced for overall building size and all room sizes and wall layouts
2. Scaled layout plans for kitchen cabinets, vanities, appliances and plumbing fixtures
3. Scaled exterior elevations – dimension referenced for floor to ceiling heights, roof peaks, slopes, heights of windows, doors, chimneys, etc.
4. Wall section details – dimension referenced for lumber size, trim materials and configurations
5. Roof plans – two-dimensional scale referenced for valleys, slopes and ridges
6. Finish materials specifications – exterior wall finishes, roof, floor surfaces, wall finishes framing component specifications – joists, rafters, and beams delineated
