When a realtor is showing a property to a prospective buyer there are occasions when the suitability of a particular house requires an addition or remodeling design for serious consideration. Visualizing such a project is important to gaining the buyer’s confidence about the value of a property. GMF+ can answer questions and provide an estimate of the cost of such a project. There is a charge* for this service but it always credited back to the owner as a part of the fee to design the remodeling project.
