The Halifax is inspired by a common urban house style seen on the city streets of Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada. This model was created for a narrow lot developed by Habitat for Humanity in Norfolk, VA. It features a first-floor master bedroom and three more bedrooms on the second floor.
